The NCTCA Teachers' Convention will be held on Thursday, February 7th, and Friday, February 8th, 2008, at the Shaw Conference Centre in Edmonton.
Our convention hosts approximately 6000 K - 12 teachers who enjoy meeting with displayers and purchasing new educational materials. We invite you to become an exhibitor at our event.

All exhibits will be located in Hall A and Hall B of the Shaw Centre with security service provided on Wednesday and Thursday nights. |

Booth rental which includes 10' x 10' draped space, 2 chairs, 3 draped tables and show card at $397.50 ($375 per booth + GST) for profit rate and the non-profit rate is $159.50 (including GST). This does not include power. |

There are 100 parking passes available for displayers at a cost of $10 for both days with a limit of 2 per exhibitor. |

Exhibitors may set up or store their exhibit from 1:00 pm until 9:00 pm on Wednesday, February 6th. Goodkey Show Services employees will be available to assist. |

Operating hours for the exhibits are Thursday, February 7th, from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm and Friday, February 9, from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm. Note: It is imperative that all displayers remain open until 3 pm on Friday. |

Post dated cheques will be accepted if dated before December 22, 2006. |
• |
An Exhibitors' Lounge is available with complimentary coffee and snacks. |
Approximately 200 displayers, including both profit and non-profit booths can be accommodated. If you are interested in displaying with our Convention, please complete and return the following pieces of information:

• Cheque for the full amount of booth rental
• Cheque for parking passes, if applicable. Please send a separate payment for parking.

A floorplan of the Shaw Centre has been included for your convenience. If you have a preference for booth location, please include this on the application form. As much as possible, the Director of Exhibits will try to accommodate individual requests; however, booths are assigned on a "first come, first served" basis, upon payment reception. The intent is to create variety with the layout as well as to distribute similar products throughout the hall.
